My focus on micro-fiction this last year yielded some interesting learnings about word economy (I edited a 5,000-word story down to 100), and the many ways in which intention and detailed work can manifest on the page. Also, I was nominated for a Pushcart Prize*!
I thought this might be a good time to thank all the editors and publishers that featured my work in their publications within the last year:
- X–R-A-Y Literary Magazine
- Flashback Fiction
- Writers Resist
- Gypsum Sound
- Dream Journal
- The Dribble Drabble Review (1 & 2)
